Vacancy - Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity is available for a person with a passion for water efficiency, the environment and helping people, businesses and school students value water more and use it wisely.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering consumer and industry marketing strategies to raise awareness and generate custom for The Water Conservancy and its programs.
The successful candidate will:
- Work both nationally and locally through partnerships to deliver the successful water awareness initiative - Water Night.
- Establish and deliver campaigns to encourage people to choose Smart Drop Certified - identifying products and services that save water.
- Promote schools incursions, water audit programs for businesses and other initiatives by The Water Conservancy through the development of new marketing strategies.
The Water Conservancy leads the way as an independent knowledge resource and advisory hub for the education, facilitation, and adoption of a more conscious and efficient approach to water use in Australia. As an independent not for profit, we are committed to enabling all Australians to be conscious of their relationship with water, to value it, understand it and use it efficiently in order to waste less.
Working at The Water Conservancy is fun and rewarding with a good work/life balance. We work two days a week in the office shared with the Water Services Association Australia in Sydney CBD and three days from home.
Terms of Appointment
Full-time 1 year contract with potential to extend. A flexible and attractive remuneration package is available for the right candidate.
